I finally made an appt for a renting agency to come out and see our condo to get this process started. I have been searching and searching to try and find reviews, or anything that would show me the one place that stands above all the rest. Well, I never did. Yelp, Yahoo, nothing had any reviews, so I went to the trusted BBB and pulled up a couple names to see how they stood. That made my list a bit smaller.. ok.. now what. Then I went with word of mouth. I asked the smartest, most educated person I knew.. my boss. She just seems to know things that you would think no one would just know, but she does. And she was right. I called up Coldwell Banker, and I was immediately impressed with the way the staff was. They were educated, professional, and still very real, and down to earth.

I can't tell you how many places I called that turned me off by their lack of knowledge, and professionalism. Hello, you are running a business, get with it. Jesh. I am meeting with them at the condo on Saturday so she can get a feel for it, and get the whole process started. I can't wait. She informed me that it might not take too long, maybe a month and a half at most. That would be freakin fantastic!!
